Meet the Team

  • JON PEARCEY

    OWNER/OPERATOR

    After high school, Jon followed his dream of being a soldier. During his successful 10-year career, he spent a combined three years in Afghanistan, was a founding member of The Canadian Special Operations Regiment, and completed many Kill/Capture missions. Upon his retirement from service, he successfully obtained his Interprovincial Red Seal as a Powerline Technician. For 14 years and counting, he has been working in the power line industry. Six years were spent here with Maritime Electric in the central district. He now runs Twin Pines, and storm chases with Holland Power, covering the eastern seaboard.

  • Paul Charles

    OWNER/SALES

    Paul is a Canadian Armed Forces veteran of 18 years and a former special forces medic based in Ottawa, Ontario. Prior to becoming a medic, Paul was a close protection operator, providing close personal protection to diplomats, VIPs, dignitaries, and generals. His career in the CAF included multiple overseas deployments, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Ukraine, and others, all in high-risk environments under no-fail conditions. Paul has also been an instructor for numerous courses since 2008, providing high-fidelity training to Canadian and international militaries, government agencies, and law enforcement.

    Paul continues to provide medical services to his former organization as well as being employed as a program manager for the UPEI’s medical school.

    Paul’s relentless pursuit of excellence and passion for the outdoors drives him to help serve the Island community through arborist work.
